We want our youth athletes to feel comfortable moving, jumping, cutting and landing on all sides, from all angles. Our 360 degree, hands on approach ensures that each athlete receives highly specific, individualized programming.
We assess movement patterns, body mechanics and skill level in the first few sessions to create a results-driven training program unique to each athlete. The length of the program is based on the athlete’s needs, availability, sport level and goals.
